About the role: Vocational Trainer in Motor VehicleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Vocational Trainer in Motor Vehicle within our Construction and Engineering Faculty, based at The Leys College.As a Vocational Trainer, you will play a vital role in guiding students as they develop a wide range of practical skills within Motor Mechanics. You will also be responsible for maintaining safe and inspiring learning environments including workshop responsibilities, and supporting students as they develop their practical skills. You will work closely with teaching staff to plan workshop sessions, contribute to the design of learning, and provide students with constructive feedback to help them progress.This is a Permanent, Full-time role based at The Leys College.What do you need to be a successful Vocational Trainer in Motor Vehicle?Successful candidates will have an appropriate professional qualification in Motor Vehicle or Mechanical engineering along with industry experience. In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
