Our recent Ofsted inspection highlights our success and strong focus both on students and on meeting industry needs. flexible and also committed is essential. The teacher needs to be dynamic and enthusiastic and want to improve all aspects of the students’ learning experience.

As a department we support our teachers with relevant training that will help enhance their skills within the classroom. Throughout their time at the college our staff also undergo mandatory training that includes safeguarding, equality and diversity and WRAP (Prevent).
