We're looking for an Account Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of Nutrabolt's field sales activity within the Convenience channel. You will receive a competitive annual salary + Performance bonus + Car Allowance + a comprehensive benefits package, including Bupa healthcare and generous holiday entitlement

The Role:

Reporting into the Senior Account Manager, you'll take ownership of operational delivery across a dedicated field sales team, ensuring activity plans are executed effectively, KPIs are achieved and the programme delivers measurable commercial impact.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll work closely with field teams, client stakeholders and internal Cosine functions to drive high-quality in-store execution. You'll play a key role in translating client objectives into clear, actionable plans that deliver results.

You will have a natural alignment with performance-led brands, with a genuine interest in sport, fitness or active lifestyles, bringing energy, credibility and enthusiasm to how you engage with clients, teams and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day delivery and performance of the Nutrabolt field sales programme
  • Lead and support the field team to ensure strong in-store execution and KPI delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across commercial and sales teams
  • Translate client priorities into clear activity plans and field briefings
  • Monitor performance using sales and activity data, identifying opportunities to optimise results
  • Coordinate campaign planning, deployment and operational delivery across teams
  • Ensure consistent standards, governance and quality assurance across all activity
  • Collaborate with wider Cosine teams to deliver integrated programmes
  • Contribute to client reporting, performance reviews and ongoing programme development
