Key Responsibilities:

- Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters student confidence and self-esteem
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest SEND teaching methodologies and best practices
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and school-wide initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching SEND students in a school setting
- Thorough understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proven track record of adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of SEND students
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for continuous learning
