Crynodeb
The Deputy Director of Nursing provides senior professional and strategic leadership for nursing and allied health professional (AHP) practice across the Trust. The post holder supports the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care, leads on quality improvement and professional standards, and deputises for the Executive Director of Nursing, Midwifery and AHPs as required. The role plays a key part in shaping Trust-wide strategy, assurance and service improvement, providing expert advice on professional practice, regulation and patient experience, and building leadership capacity across nursing and AHP teams.
