WHAT YOULL DOThe successful applicant will provide a specialist clinical pharmacy service to paediatric dermatology patients in collaboration with another full-time dermatology pharmacist who works across both adult and paediatric service, providing expert pharmaceutical advice. This post also includes: Attending multidisciplinary ward rounds. Developing evidence-based treatment guidelines and shared care guidelines in conjunction with specialist consultants/pharmacists. Supporting prescribing/screening and introduction of high-cost medicines for dermatology. Teaching pharmacists/students and members of the multidisciplinary team. Active membership of the paediatric pharmacy team. Audit and research opportunities.
