Crynodeb
Gloucestershire College has an opportunity for a friendly and organised Administrator to join our Student Data team, supporting students, employers and colleagues and helping to keep the college running smoothly every day.
The Student Data team supports all three college campuses and is based at our Gloucester Campus by Gloucester Quays, working mainly from the office. We look after student records, timetables and data to make sure information is accurate and up to date. As the main point of contact for staff, parents and employers, we respond to a wide range of queries with care and professionalism. The role also involves using college systems to manage data, support key events such as enrolment and open days, and work closely with teams across the college. It’s a varied role that suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork and helping things run smoothly for our students.
About You
Experience of working in an office or administrative role
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and database systems
Level 2 Maths and English qualifications, or a willingness to work towards these
Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
