Join Digital, Data Technology and Security Services (DDTS) as a Senior Supplier Manager for resource augmentation used for digital delivery, managing suppliers’ performance and acting as an escalation point for both suppliers and business customers.

The role is pivotal in delivering successful supplier engagements. The team have responsibility for multiple Digital Outcomes and Digital Specialists contracts and you’ll help implement the supplier management strategy across the contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining good working relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring contracts deliver Value for Money (VfM)
  • Continually monitoring supplier performance using the appropriate processes and tools including scorecards and formal reviews.
  • Ensure confidentiality, impartiality and unbiased approach with all the suppliers.
  • Supporting the Lead Supplier Manager with procurement, supplier selection and contract management activities.
  • Reviewing supplier reports, Management Information and KPIs to understand supplier performance, behaviours and strengths. Chairing and operating Supplier
  • Governance meetings (contract dependant)
  • Ensuring DDTS suppliers can be utilised in a compliant way, within the terms and thresholds of the contract
  • Supporting the Lead Supplier Manager in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities, such as monitoring high-level supplier performance.
  • Some travel will be required to attend face to face meetings with suppliers and colleagues.
