Support the induction, development, and ongoing competency of staff
Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with organisational policies and expectations

Essential Requirements
Experience working within adult mental health, supported living, or a similar environment
Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and professional boundaries
Experience completing or contributing to staff supervision and support
Ability to lead, support, and motivate staff in a calm, confident, and compassionate manner
Strong organisational skills, including confidence with rota planning and service coordination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
