ABout You We are looking for a senior, self-motivated project manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and has a genuine passion for making digital change work in practice. You will be able to demonstrate: Substantial experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder digital or technology implementation programmes, preferably in an NHS or public sector environment Experience managing large-scale programmes involving clinical teams, IT infrastructure and organisational change A strong track record of delivering benefits realisation, including establishing frameworks to track and report productivity savings The ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams without direct line management authority Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior clinical and operational leaders and programme boards Sound knowledge of NHS information governance, GDPR, DPIA processes and data security requirements A master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. project management, health informatics, digital transformation) - essential Political awareness and the ability to navigate complex organisational environments across multiple organisations It would also be advantageous if you have: Experience implementing ambient voice technology, clinical documentation systems or AI-enabled digital tools in a clinical environment Experience of cross-organisational or group-level programme delivery The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust are two of the largest NHS organisations in the West Midlands, working together as a Group to deliver high-quality healthcare to the communities of Wolverhampton, Walsall and the surrounding areas.
