Job Summary

Join St John Ambulance as a Brand Project Coordinator and play a key role in bringing our brand refresh to life. Working closely with the Brand Refresh Manager, you’ll coordinate projects, manage workflows, and support delivery across multiple workstreams to ensure our new brand is implemented effectively across the organisation. You’ll help keep initiatives on track, maintain momentum, and enable teams to align with and confidently adopt the refreshed brand—making a tangible impact on how we present ourselves to the public and those we support.

About You

You’re a highly organised and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, confident managing multiple priorities and keeping projects on track. With experience supporting projects or programmes involving a range of stakeholders, you’re comfortable coordinating workstreams, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. You bring a strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining accurate documentation and smooth operational delivery.

You’re an effective communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams and with external partners. You’re confident using project management tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, Asana or Trello, and can quickly adapt to new systems and ways of working. Your practical approach means you’re equally comfortable managing logistics, whether that’s supporting print and distribution or coordinating activity across multiple teams.

You’ll have experience contributing to the rollout or implementation of organisational initiatives, and enjoy supporting others to adopt new tools, templates, or processes. A background in marketing, communications, digital or project delivery would be advantageous, along with any relevant qualifications or certifications, but most importantly you bring a solution-focused mindset and a drive to make things happen.
