We are looking to recruit a part-time receptionist to support in a growing company.
The hours for the role will be 20-30 per week. This would be an ideal position for someone looking for school hours, though some flexibility would be required, and a great way of looking to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
Responsibilities:
Greeting clients/visitors and maintaining a tidy, professional office.
Managing communications through answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls and emails, and taking detailed messages, handling post/deliveries etc.
Managing diaries for the management team, booking training, and coordinating appointments.
Some administrative tasks including filing, scanning, ordering stationary and other tasks requested by senior management.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Experience in administrative/reception roles would be advantageous
Experience working with Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and Word)
Excellent time management skills
Attention to detail
