We are looking for an experienced Senior Support Officer to join the Temporary Staffing Team within the Corporate Division. Providing a robust Senior Support for projects and training within the team and across the wider Trust. Require strong administrative experience and IT skills, in-depth knowledge and experience of Temporary Staffing system (Health Roster/Bank Staff/LOOP/ESR) , as is the ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting priorities. NHS experience is essential, it is also important to have a ‘can do’ attitude and high standard of professionalism as this role is directly supporting innovation and evolution of systems and processes across the Trust. Act as a project lead and training Senior support officer within the Temporary Staffing Department.
Act as a main point of contacts for any planned projects or current projects within Temporary Staffing. Projects will include, but is not exclusive to
o Bank Training Compliance Improvement
o Roll out of the Loop system to allow bank workers to book shifts via an app. This will be an on-going project that will include the promotion of rostering services to allow for further Loop implementation.
Liaise with the Operations Manager, Systems & Compliance Manager and Head of Temporary Staffing regarding Project rollout, and Training/Compliance updates
Lead on internal training across the Temporary Staffing Department, being a point of contact for related queries, questions or support
The post holder will develop communication strategies and act as a bank facilitator for bank workers ensuring that bank workers are contacted on a regular basis to ensure workers are fully trained and compliant with their mandatory training.
Responsible for the escalation and communication of issues and concerns relating to training and compliance. To work in partnership with the Systems and Compliance Manager and wider management team and service leads to analyse issues and support development of management solutions where appropriate.

As part of the Temporary Staffing Service, provide efficient business focussed administration and support to the Compliance function of the Temporary Staffing Service on a day to day basis, contributing to the efficient and effective running of all compliance-related functions
within the Department.
To establish and maintain compliance for all bank workers in relation to training, right to work, criminal records checks, professional registrations and any other statutory or mandatory compliance.
