Support with developing and implementing strategies to increase engagement and maximise income from corporate supporters to meet ambitious targets. This includes managing the day-to-day processes of charity of the year supporters, business club members, corporate supporters and corporate volunteers. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with businesses, ensuring excellent stewardship utilising compelling cases for support. Work as needed with the wider fundraising and Marketing & comms team to align fundraising activities with the organisation's vision, mission, and strategic aims. Supporting the management of charity of the year supporters and campaigns such as payroll giving, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with donors, supporters and all level of business through good project management skills. Secure and develop new partnerships, ensuring our existing and new donors receive the support they require to fulfil a mutually beneficial relationship through proactive account management. Generate income and engage supporters using data insights and evaluation to drive fundraising strategies and improve supporter engagement. Working collaboratively across teams to embrace a test and learn approach, ensuring our supporter data is optimised and all systems are used to meet the charitys needs. Support with the development and delivery of corporate activities and campaigns Work with the Partnership Giving Team to create and manage a calendar of activities, including support for charity of the year applications, local and national corporate fundraising and specific campaigns such as payroll giving. To lead on securing income from a range of local partnerships from within the regional, corporate and private sectors. Utilise a mix of channels such as direct mail, telephone, face-to-face interactions, and digital platforms to reach potential donors. Identify, cultivate, and solicit new corporate support through prospect research, meetings, and events. Support the creation of and understand strategic plans for lapsed and inactive donors as appropriate. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing donors through timely acknowledgments, recognition, and engagement in organisational events, collaborating with other teams as appropriate. Act as the day-to-day point of contact with Together for Short Lives and other appropriate bodies. Analyse donor data to support the creation of targeted prospect lists. Support the preparation of detailed financial revenue analysis and progress reports for management and other fundraising teams. Undertake post activity analysis, reporting on response rates, income/costs against budget and capturing learnings to drive the corporate fundraising programme forward. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure cohesive implementation of the annual giving plan from research to evaluation. Coordinate with event planners in all areas to deliver donor benefits and support donor acquisition and retention. Collaborate with all teams to secure corporate sponsorship and gifts in kind as appropriate. Coordinate and oversee all corporate volunteering activities, ensuring meaningful engagement and smooth delivery. Serve as the key contact for corporate volunteer groups, providing clear guidance, planning support, and ontheday coordination. Liaise with internal teams to identify suitable volunteering opportunities aligned with organisational needs and supporter interests. Ensure all volunteer activity complies with safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies. Evaluate volunteer sessions, capturing impact, feedback, and opportunities for improvement. Implement multi-channel fundraising strategies, including direct mail, email, outbound calling, social media, and personal outreach. Work with the fundraising team to develop new ideas and best practices to improve donor retention and increase annual gift amounts. Support the plan and test the increase in payroll giving and corporate sponsorship. Plan for an increased reach of awareness of Keech Hospice, to engage now corporate support in geographically specific areas with some restricted asks, linked to the case for support. Manage your agreed day-to-day operations of the corporate fundraising programme, ensuring all activities are completed accurately, on time and within budget. Maintain accurate records of donor communications and update donor management systems regularly.
