Crynodeb
Main duties of the job Max 13 patients per session, working alongside a small cohesive and supportive team. This is a low visiting practice, max 2 per week (often none), no care homes. SystmOne practice with full Ardens templates. Excellent QOF achievement. We run total triage using SystmConnect, allowing a structured, information-gathering approach rather than "first-come-first-served" booking. This collects patient details upfront, allowing clinicians to prioritise care based on need rather than queue speed. Protected time allocated for shared administrative and prescription tasks. Monthly clinical closure afternoon for training and team building. Strong relationship with supportive PPG. Excellent PCN relations with full cohort of ARRS supporting your workload.
