Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with property transactions from instruction to completion
- Prepare legal documents (TR1, AP1, SDLT)
- Handle client onboarding and AML checks
- Manage files and correspondence
Requirements:
- Experience in conveyancing
- Strong admin and organisational skills
- Excellent communication
