Introduction - I am an outgoing young lady in my early 40’s, who suffers with Epilepsy and uses an IPAD to help me communicate. I love to go swimming, bowling, likes going for picnics. I also like to do Art & crafts activities. I love going to the Theatre.

Number of Position available – 2 x PA’s

Vacancy Reference - JT72975

Duties - I would like someone to accompany me to the activities that I like to do and the groups that I attend. Support with my toileting needs may be required and support with a shower after swimming. Supervision is always required when walking. I also need someone to be my one to one when I attend the day centre.

Rate
£14.50 Depending on Experience

Hours
10am – 4pm Saturdays & 4.30pm – 8pm two evenings a week (Negotiable)

Essential Requirements - To be able to drive and own a car, DBS checked, I need someone who is Patient, someone who is prepared to be put through training to support Epilepsy.

Desired Experience – Someone who has experience and knowledge regarding Epilepsy. I would love someone who was outgoing and bubbly like me.
