We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Sheffield

Dayrate: £250 - £260 per day

Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager to manage a Social Housing kitchen & bathrooms scheme in Sheffield starting in the next couple of weeks. This is a large scheme ongoing with 250-300 properties in total. Completing 2 properties a day, 10 properties a week so experience within this sector is crucial.
Responsibilities of the Freelance Site Manager:
- Manage daily activities for kitchen & bathroom scheme on tenanted properties
- Ensure project is completed in line with standards
- Manage subcontractors and labour teams
- Work closely alongside contract manager
- Liaise with tenants and customer liaison officer
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Conduct daily site inspections
- Co-ordinate daily with residents and tenant liaison officer
Required Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:
- Experience in social housing kitchens & bathrooms
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness - preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Pay + Benefits
- Day rate
- £250 to £260 per day
- Weekly pay on a Friday
