Are you a motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking to broaden your experience across a diverse range of primary school settings? We are currently recruiting adaptable and committed ECTs to work on a supply basis across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
This opportunity is ideal for those looking to enhance their classroom practice, build professional confidence, and gain valuable insight into different school environments, while benefiting from a flexible working pattern.
Whether you are seeking long-term placements, short-term supply assignments, or your first permanent teaching role, we are dedicated to placing you in schools that are supportive, well-matched to your skills, and committed to your ongoing professional development and wellbeing.
Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
- Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
- Be comfortable delivering their own and pre-set lesson plans to range of children, dependant on the requirements of the school.
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
