Crynodeb
We are looking for a Principal Surveyor who ideally has availability in the near future.
The successful applicant will provide support to the Head of Estates and will undertake a varied caseload. This will include valuations, disposals, L&T, and general estate management duties. The successful applicant will also provide support to the Clients business centres management team. Experience of service charge accounting would be beneficial but not essential. A working knowledge of the north west property market is preferred.
We are a small but friendly team and can offer hybrid working. There will however be an expectation of a minimum of one day per week in the office.
Ideally the post is five days a week but part time working would be considered for the right candidate.
We are initially seeking to recruit to the post for a period of 3 months.
