Campus Services department at Teesside University provides strategic and operational services support to the University infrastructure, buildings and landholdings. We are a large and diverse department employing approximately 170 staff and provide a wide range of services across our Campus’s.
A vacancy has arisen for an Electrical Supervisor to provide a maintenance service within commercial buildings across the University Estate. Duties will include carrying out supervision and management of installation, planned maintenance inspections and first line repairs and servicing of commercial and domestic electrical services. You will manage reactive, diagnostic and repair requests to commercial electrical services.
Applicants must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Services (or equivalent) qualification in addition to a relevant post qualification and practical experience. A full driving licence is also essential, as is a good working knowledge of maintaining commercial electrical services and equipment in commercial buildings.
