ACCIONA is looking to appoint an IR Administrator (Part-time) based in North London, Edmonton, E4 8JG

Overview:
To provide effective administrative and coordination support to the Industrial Relations (IR) function.

Working Conditions:
This is an office-based role. The standard working hours are 20 hours per week, which can be worked flexibly over 3 to 4 days.

Key Responsibilities
- Minute taking in grievance and disciplinary meetings.
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
-Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to basic enquiries
-Manage emails and maintain organised inboxes
-Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
-Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
-Maintain accurate records and update databases
-Support team members with day-to-day administrative tasks
-Ensure the office environment remains organised and professional
-Coordinate meeting documentation as required.

Key Competencies:
-Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
-Good organisational and time-management abilities
-Diary Management
-Basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) – PowerPoint essential
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Education & Experience:
-You will have Grade 5/C or above in at least 5 GCSEs including English and mathematics or NVQ Level 3 equivalent (Essential)
- Previous administrative experience in HR, employee relations, customer service or a similar environment (Desirable)
-Understanding of UK employment law and industrial relations processes (Desirable)
