We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Process Manager to support the delivery and operational success of our Client Services function. Reporting to the Manager of Client Services, you will oversee key client processes, ensure service excellence, and contribute to the smooth running of departmental operations while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
This role requires someone who can see the bigger picture, think strategically about service delivery, and proactively bring forward ideas for continuous improvement to management.
What you’ll be doing:
Client Management
Manage key client accounts as main point of contact
Build strong relationships and deliver excellent service
Lead client meetings (virtual and in-person)
Monitor performance and identify risks or growth opportunities
Operations & Process Improvement
Support team performance and delivery against targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
Project Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Schedule site visits and manage logistics
Ensure timely quotations and delivery of client requirements
Performance & Reporting
Monitor and analyse account and team performance
Conduct audits and provide actionable insights
Report progress and improvement recommendations to management
Sales & Growth
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Support account planning and revenue growth
Contribute to achieving team target
About you:
Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar role
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to confidently organise and lead client meetings (virtual and in-person)
A proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest and implement improvements
Ability to see the bigger picture and align day-to-day activity with wider business goals
Experience in process management, improvement, or operational delivery
Ability to analyse performance data and produce meaningful reports
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
