The Role:
We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join our lovely team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading others, sharing ideas, and creating a nurturing space where children can thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading a room and supporting your team day-to-day
Planning fun, engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
Building strong, positive relationships with children and their families
Keeping track of children’s progress and celebrating their achievements
Making sure everyone feels safe, happy, and included
What We’re Looking For:
A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years
Experience working in a nursery setting (leadership experience is a bonus!)
A positive, can-do attitude and great teamwork skills
Someone who is caring, reliable, and passionate about working with children
Good knowledge of the EYFS (but we’ll support you to grow!)
