What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a teacher who has:
• Experience of teaching in Key Stage 2 (Upper Key Stage 2 desirable)
• A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment requirements
• Experience of delivering high-quality teaching that leads to good pupil progress
• High expectations for all pupils’ achievement and behaviour
• Experience of using assessment effectively to inform teaching and learning
• A commitment to inclusive practice and meeting the needs of all learners, including those with SEND
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and carers
• A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
