Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored GCSE-level lessons (e.g. Maths, English, or Science)
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual SEN and learning needs
- Support students with a range of barriers, including social, emotional, behavioural, and additional learning needs
- Track progress and provide regular feedback
Requirements:
- Experience teaching or tutoring at GCSE level
- Essential: Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Strong subject knowledge in at least one core subject (Maths, English, or Science)
- Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with young people
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
