Crynodeb
The purpose of this role is to support the safe, compassionate, and effective delivery of the Adult Autism Diagnostic Service as part of the Jersey Adult Autism Service JAAS. The post holder will contribute clinical, professional, and operational input to ensure adults referred for autism assessment experience a person centred, respectful, and neuro affirming diagnostic pathway. The role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support assessment processes, service user engagement, care coordination, and post diagnostic signposting. The post holder will work directly with autistic adults who may present with complex needs, ensuring that care is delivered in line with evidence informed practice, professional standards, and organisational policies. The post holder will also contribute to risk identification, safeguarding, accurate clinical documentation, and service development activity, supporting the ongoing delivery of a high quality and responsive adult autism diagnostic service.
