Crynodeb
The post holder will provide programme leadership and support, translating strategic vision into deliverable plans and ensuring effective mobilisation, governance, and benefits realisation. This will include coordinating multiple workstreams across neighbourhood, place and system levels; supporting coproduction with people with lived experience; and working closely with clinical leaders, operational teams, commissioners, estates, digital, workforce and finance colleagues. A key focus will be supporting the left shift of care into neighbourhood settings, embedding mental health provision within neighbourhoods, and overseeing the development of a communitybased, 24/7 mental health centres.
