We are looking for a reliable, respectful, and compassionate Personal Assistant to support an individual in their daily life. The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible, and able to maintain a calm and structured environment.
Hours required: Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. 9-10am, 2-2:45 and 7-8pm
Your Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support tailored to the individual’s preferences and routines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised home environment
- Support with daily activities, including meal preparation and personal organisation
- Respect personal boundaries at all times, including seeking consent before physical contact
- Promote independence, dignity, and privacy
- Support engagement in activities such as listening to music and community involvement
About You
- Strong Communicator: Clear spoken English and ability to communicate effectively
- Patient & Calm: Able to provide reassurance and maintain a positive approach
- Reliable & Flexible: Good timekeeping and adaptable
- Friendly & Respectful: Builds a positive, professional relationship
- Team Awareness: Able to communicate any concerns or updates to family members
