We are expanding our children in care nursing team and have an opportunity for a motivated, skilled and enthusiastic Nurse with relevant broad experience with children and young people to join the Children Looked After Health Team in Milton Keynes.

The postholder will play a key role in improving health outcomes for children and young people in care, including unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC). You will deliver high-quality statutory health assessments, develop child-centred health care plans, and work collaborativelyacross multi-agency networks including universal health services, children’s social care, and education partners to reduce health inequalities.

This is a rewarding role for a nurse who is passionate about safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and advocating for some of our most vulnerable children and young people.
