We are looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our well-established, supportive practice team working across two sites in Wirral. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a forward-thinking environment that prioritises high-quality patient care alongside GP wellbeing and workload sustainability. The successful candidate will join a collaborative multidisciplinary team and benefit from a structured working day, flexible scheduling, and a strong focus on reducing administrative burden. With no on-call requirement and a clear commitment to work-life balance, this position is ideal for a GP seeking a stable and rewarding role. Our practice operates across two sites: Hoylake & Meols Medical Centre (approx. 9,000 patients) Egremont Medical Centre (approx. 4,500 patients) We serve a combined and diverse patient population with a strong emphasis on continuity of care, accessibility, and clinical excellence. You will be supported by a highly experienced and multidisciplinary team including: 4 GP Partners 7 Salaried GPs 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) 4 Practice Nurses 2 Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) Clinical Prescribing Pharmacists Paramedics (managing the majority of home visits) Dedicated Clinical Administration Team This structure enables effective workload distribution and allows GPs to focus on clinical decision-making and patient care.
