Hours: Full-time hours, with shifts of 6:30am till 2.30pm or 2.30pm till 10.30pm. Includes every other weekend on-call
About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, organised, and experienced Field Supervisor to support our domiciliary care team in Brackley. You’ll help ensure our clients receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and guiding our care staff in the community.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, and making a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the Location Manager with day-to-day service delivery
Carrying out assessments, care plans, risk assessments, and spot checks
Ensuring all care is safe, compliant, and person-centred
Supporting and supervising care staff
Working with the scheduling team to match the right carers to clients
Liaising with health and social care professionals
Taking part in on-call duties as required
What We’re Looking For
Experience in domiciliary care (supervisory experience preferred)
Good knowledge of CQC standards and care legislation
A caring, professional, and approachable manner
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
