During the lunchtime our staff need to provide effective supervision of our children to create a positive mealtime, ensure safety and to maintain standards of behaviour. Candidates should be able to show commitment to our school, take an interest in our children, help them to develop socially and be calm in dealing with any problems that arise demonstrating a positive caring attitude. They will work for 1 hour and 15 minutes a day serving and supervising children with their lunch, encouraging good table manners as well as supervising and supporting their play activities.
