Crynodeb
We are currently looking for an outreach support worker for a 12-year-old boy who has complex needs including a Learning Disability and a genetic condition. The job role would be to support the family by taking the child out into the community (he loves a wide range of activities including swimming, cycling, playing outside regardless of the weather, travelling via Metro/bus/ferry, visiting parks, and the beach) and building his social skills and his tolerance of spending time away from his parents.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS application. This will be funded by the employer.
