We are seeking skilled and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our exceptional Little Prep team at Weston Green School.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their practice and ready to take on responsibility within a room, while being supported by a strong leadership structure and a collaborative team.
We are open to flexible working arrangements, including part-time hours and compressed working patterns._________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Why this role is different

Ruby Class (2–3 years)
Jade Class (3–4 years)

As a Level 3 practitioner, you will:
Take a key role within a room, supporting high-quality teaching and care
Contribute to planning, assessment and curriculum delivery
Support and guide less experienced staff where appropriate
Build strong relationships with children and families
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care and learning
Contribute to the wider life of the school
There is scope within this role for room leadership responsibilities for the right candidate._________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________What we offer

Including 4 weeks during school closures
