Heather Primary School is seeking to appoint a committed, talented and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to deliver PPA across the school. As part of the role, you may also support small group interventions for key groups of children, helping them to thrive and achieve their potential. There may also be additional hours supporting children 1:1 where the budget allows.
We are looking for someone who:
• Works exceptionally well as part of a team
• Has a positive, optimistic outlook
• Is resourceful, flexible and adaptable
• Demonstrates strong time management and organisation skills
The role includes paid preparation time, enabling you to prepare, resource and respond to children’s learning effectively.
In return, we offer:
• Professional development opportunities to support you in your role
• Enthusiastic, motivated children who enjoy learning
• A supportive community of parents and governors who are committed to the school’s success
