Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Full Time)
Salary: National Minimum Wage up to£13.50 per hour starting wage (depending on qualification & experience) reviewed after 6 month probationary period.

Creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can thrive
Supporting learning through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences
Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Observing, assessing, and celebrating every child’s unique journey
Bringing energy, creativity, and care into every day

We’re searching for someone who is:
Calm, patient, and kind
Fun, enthusiastic, and engaging
Passionate about children’s development and outcomes
A supportive and positive team player
Nurturing and able to build strong, trusting relationships
Essential requirements:
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Experience working in an early years setting
Good knowledge of child development and safeguarding
Other requirements:
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness for us to obtain one)
Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to attend training)
