Paragon Education is seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN and Nursery Staff to support schools and early years settings across Worcester. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in inclusive environments where every child is supported to reach their full potential.
Whether you have experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or early years settings, we are looking for individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on children’s development and wellbeing.
The Role:
Supporting children with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
Assisting with early years development and learning activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and nursery staff
Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children in SEN, nursery, or similar settings
Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, Early Years, Teaching Assistant, or equivalent) are desirable
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
