Role: Change Manager
Location: Hybrid
Salary: £36,000 per a year
Hours a week: 37.5 hours,
Days of work: Monday to Friday, two days in office a week
Contract type: 6 Month Secondment
The Change & Continuous Improvement Analyst role involves supporting the Strategic Operations team by assisting with the delivery of operational changes. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Operations, you will help log, prioritise, and review changes, represent Operations in transformation activities, and provide feedback during workshops. Your responsibilities include conducting requirements gathering, process mapping, and managing all aspects of the change lifecycle. You will map current and future processes, build relationships with Operational stakeholders, and ensure their requirements are met. Additionally, you'll conduct impact assessments, manage risks and issues, and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Operations and the Operational Senior Leadership Team in logging, prioritising, and reviewing all changes
- Represent Operations in transformation activities by attending workshops, providing feedback, and offering regular updates
- Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and all necessary change lifecycle activities
- Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes
- Develop effective relationships with Operational stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are understood, their interests are protected, and they are regularly communicated with
- Conduct impact assessments on change, build stakeholder matrices, and engage relevant stakeholders
- Manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies (RAID management)
- Ensure document control and compliance with ISO standards
About You:
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Methodical and creative approach to problem-solving
- Experience influencing and engaging key stakeholders, with strong communication skills at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office systems such as PowerPoint
- Accountable and confident in making decisions, with a track record of delivering on promises
- High level of commitment and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a dynamic environment, meeting strict deadlines
