Manage competing priorities and deadlines, balancing planned and reactive communications. Provide advice to colleagues on effective communication and engagement approaches. Use insight, feedback and analytics to evaluate impact and continuously improve digital performance. Identify potential reputational risks and escalate where appropriate. Keep up to date with best practice in NHS, public sector and digital communications. Travel within Somerset as required to support engagement with practices and partners.
