Pensions Officer needed in North London Paying £18.22 per hr ref 013496
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities- Administer occupational pension schemes in line with current pensions legislation and scheme rules
- Process retirement, death, ill‑health, transfer and redundancy cases accurately and within deadlines
- Calculate pension benefits, contributions and estimates
- Provide clear, timely advice to scheme members, employers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate pension records and member data
- Support year‑end processes, valuation exercises and data submissions
- Ensure compliance with The Pensions Regulator requirements
- Handle complex queries, disputes and complaints professionally
- Contribute to service improvement and policy development
