About the Role:
Vybrant Lounge is seeking a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to deliver high-quality, therapeutic and relaxation treatments in a calm, luxury environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about wellness, client care, and creating a premium self-care experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of massage treatments, including:
- Swedish Massage (relaxation)
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Sports Massage
- Ayurvedic Massage (if trained)
- Thai Massage (desirable)
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs, preferences, and medical history
- Tailor treatments to suit individual client goals (relaxation, pain relief, recovery)
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and infection control
- Create a calm, professional, and welcoming environment for every client
- Provide aftercare advice and recommend suitable treatments/packages
Support business growth by:
- Encouraging repeat bookings
- Requesting client reviews
- Taking professional content (photos/videos where appropriate)
- Manage time effectively to maximise bookings and productivity
Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Massage Therapist (Level 3 or equivalent in Massage Therapy)
- Proven experience in at least two core massage types (e.g. Swedish & Deep Tissue)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Ability to work in a high-end, client-focused environment
Desirable (Not Essential):
- Thai Massage qualification or experience
- Experience in spa or luxury wellness settings
- Knowledge of holistic therapies
- Understanding of upselling packages and client retention
