What skills and experience we're looking for

The children, staff, parents and governors of St Mary’s are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dedicated Head Teacher who is capable of delivering educational excellence and is committed to ensuring that the school retains its strong sense of community.

Our school has a warm and nurturing family environment with dedicated staff, supportive parents and governors and enthusiastic pupils. We have a strong emphasis on pupils and staff wellbeing, and a culture of mutual support between all staff.
