We’re not looking for a traditional ERP consultant. We’re looking for someone who can win the work AND deliver it.

This one doesn’t.
You’ll:
* Lead discovery and solution design
* Influence and win new business
* Deliver end-to-end ERP implementations
* Build long-term client relationships that drive growth
No disconnect. No handovers. Just true ownership across the full lifecycle
What you’ll be doing
Pre-Sales (25%)
* Run discovery workshops and uncover real business challenges
* Design tailored ERP solutions and deliver impactful demos
* Shape proposals, scope, and commercial outcomes
Delivery (75%)
* Own full ERP implementations (design → go-live → optimisation)
* Configure systems, manage data migration, and support UAT
* Deliver training and drive real user adoption
* Ensure projects land on time, on budget, and on value
What we’re looking for
This is for you if you:
* Have 3+ years in ERP (pre-sales + implementation)
* Can confidently operate in front of CFOs, Ops & IT stakeholders
* Understand finance processes (GL, AP/AR, reporting)
* Have hands on experience with Sage Intacct (essential)
* Know how to balance client value with commercial reality
You’re not just technical, you’re:
* Commercially aware
* Credible in the boardroom
* Trusted by clients
* Accountable for outcomes
