Crynodeb
The post holder will be a visible clinical manager, have line management responsibility for the Emergency Department nursing and support staff, lead the department team, and co-ordinate the delivery of patient care. They will provide regular clinical care to patients and work alongside staff in the department in order to maintain clinical competency and provide clinical supervision to staff. The post holder will support, performance management, capacity planning and contribute to transformation of emergency care services as required
