Actiform are a manufacturer of modular accommodation based in Mirfield.
We are looking to recruit a Storeman / General Labourer to support our Aftercare function and wider operational team.
This is a flexible and varied role, where no two days will be the same. The successful candidate will primarily be based around supporting aftercare activities, including assisting with materials, deliveries, site support, snagging assistance, and travelling to projects across the UK when required.
While travel will not be required every day, it is an important part of the role, so applicants must understand that flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.
Key Requirements:
• Full clean driving licence
• General labouring / practical site skills
• Positive can-do attitude
• Friendly and approachable manner
• Good problem-solving skills
• Flexible and reliable approach to work
• Willingness to support a range of operational and aftercare tasks
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• To bring basic tools to assist in works to be carried out
• CSCS card (advantageous but not required)
Role Overview:
This role would suit someone who is practical, proactive, and happy to turn their hand to a variety of tasks. The position will involve supporting the business both in the yard / stores environment and on sites as needed, helping to ensure projects and aftercare works are delivered efficiently and professionally.
You will be enthusiastic, energetic and motivated with excellent timekeeping skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
Your working hours will be:
Monday - Thursday: 07.00 am to 16.30 pm
Friday: 07.00 am to 11.30 am
PPE will be supplied as standard.
