Start Date: ASAP

Basic Salary: £25,000

Location: Medway

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

You will be working in a centralised team of compliance professionals under our mortgage services brand, Mortgage Matters.

What will you do every day?

Review and audit sales files for compliance

Conduct customer care calls

Identify and rectify discrepancies in applications

Ensure all applications are compliant and up-to-date

Provide remote support to estate agency branch Mortgage Advisors

Identify trends and recommend related training needs
