Job Title: Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant (Primary School)
Location: Longsight, Manchester
Pay: £120 - £140 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Longsight. This is a full-time role starting immediately, working closely with pupils who have a range of special educational needs.

You will support children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them access the curriculum, develop key skills, and thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and targeted interventions
- Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and social development
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
- Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment

Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a primary setting
- Strong understanding of different learning needs and support strategies
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
