Duties:
- The MOT Tester will conduct MOT tests in compliance with DVSA regulations and standards
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and identify faults accurately
- Provide detailed reports and repair recommendations when necessary
- Ensure all testing procedures adhere to health and safety standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of all inspections and tests
- Liaise effectively with customers regarding vehicle conditions and repair needs
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 qualification in vehicle maintenance or equivalent
- Valid MOT licence is essential
- Proven experience as an MOT Tester or in a similar automotive role
- Strong knowledge of current MOT testing procedures and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
