What the school offers its staff

Lammack Community Primary School is a ‘large school which has a small family feel’ (OFSTED 2022) which is desirable to work at due to the hardworking children, fantastic staff team spirit and excellent environment and facilities. ‘Staff have high expectations of pupils’ behaviour. Further details about the role

This position will give the successful candidate the opportunity to join Lammack during a significant period of expansion. There is currently a year on year increase in numbers for the coming 4 years as this very popular school grows from a 2.5 form entry to a 3 form entry school. The successful candidate would be joining the school at the optimum time for future prospects.

The post is an opportunity for an aspiring leader to join a supportive and successful extended leadership team during an exciting period for the school. As an Oracy centre of excellence we can offer opportunities to develop your own practice amongst an experienced team whilst also sharing good practice with other schools.

We would be interested to hear about the experience and skills you could bring and how you could add to our already successful team. The right person could receive a TLR 3 and join the extended leadership team. Please outline your skills and experience in your application.
